For 25 years, the Oakhurst Christmas Tree Auction has been a beloved holiday tradition and a cornerstone of community giving in the mountain area. What began as a small, local fundraiser has grown into one of the most anticipated annual events, bringing together families, nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders in celebration of the season and the causes that matter most, raising a total of $115,600!
Each year, the Auction features beautifully decorated trees created by a wide range of local nonprofit organizations, schools, and service groups. These themed trees reflect the creativity, mission, and heart of the organizations that serve our community year-round, transforming the event into a powerful showcase of collaboration and shared purpose.
In 2025, the Christmas Tree Auction proudly celebrated its 25th Anniversary, marking a significant milestone in the event’s history. This silver anniversary honored decades of volunteerism, sponsorship, and community support that have helped the Auction grow into a meaningful tradition that benefits both youth programs and the broader nonprofit community.
