Youth Ambassador/Leadership
MY Club Youth Ambassador Program is an educational scholarship opportunity that keeps teens engaged in after-school programs while building confidence, leadership, and communication skills. The nominee is selected to compete by their home site’s Program Director for the title of MY Club Youth Ambassador of the Year. The Member will perform a speech, be interviewed and scored based on our core mission of Character, Leadership and Community Service.
Sprouts Leadership is designed as an introduction for our young members (grades 3 to 5) to Leadership and Community Service in turn feeding into our SPARKS Leadership Program (grades 6 to 8) where members learn to build connections within their community, igniting feelings of worth and empowerment. MY Club believes that Leadership activities provide valuable communication, Social skills and work experience.
